The Butterfly Whisperer

I drove for Joshua's preschool field trip the other day. We went to the Botanical Gardens to see their butterfly exhibit. I didn't quite know what to expect from Joshua, he's not really big into bugs.

However, as soon as he saw one land on a flower, he instinctively put his finger gently under it's legs and the little guy hopped right on to his finger.

It kept coming back to him and it would stay there for a long time. He really seemed to enjoy it, so I have deemed him the Butterfly Whisperer.


He's looking forward to going back...who knows, maybe I can get a show on cable about a 5 year old butterfly prodigy. Any takers?
